At Nicole Brown MUA, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Change of Mind

Due to the personal nature of cosmetic products, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, select the wrong colour, or no longer want the product once it has been shipped.


2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We comply with Australian Consumer Law, which means you are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

If this happens:

  1. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

  3. We will assess your claim and arrange a replacement or refund if eligible.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds (when approved) will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except where required by law.
