We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting. All products are for external use only. Please follow usage instructions and conduct a patch test before applying cosmetics.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Payments are processed securely via Square and may include PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, or other accepted methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping provider.

  • We are not responsible for delays once an order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Change of mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind due to the personal nature of cosmetic products.

  • Faulty or damaged items: If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at Returns@NicoleBrown.au within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

  • Please provide proof of purchase and photos of the issue when contacting us.
